Install over your existing app to keep your account, appearance preferences and saved information.

Your sessions, journals, care resources and secure payment flow work as before.

Before you start

Contact talk02pallavi@gmail.com to arrange access and confirm that sessions are suitable for you. This early version is still undergoing device and service checks. If sign-in, booking, or another feature fails, contact the practice for help.

Children must attend sessions with a parent. A parent or legal guardian should contact the practice before a child creates an app account, so consent and the arrangements for care can be confirmed.

Read the privacy notice, service terms and cancellation and refund policy before creating an account.

Install on your phone

Download the APK on your Android phone and open the downloaded file.
If Android asks, allow installation from the browser or file app used for this download. Follow Android’s installation prompts.
Open Týr and sign in with your account, or arrange a new account with the practice.
After installing, turn off that app’s permission to install unknown apps. Keep Google Play Protect enabled.

Updates will be provided on this page. Install an update over the existing app; do not uninstall just to update. If Android reports a signature conflict, stop and contact support.
